Terms of Service

Please read the following terms carefully before contracting with Grid Luxury

1. Contractual Agreement:

•  A written agreement between both parties (Grid Luxury and the client) defining the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

2. Scope of Work:

•  The agreement includes a detailed description of required services, expected designs, and the allowed number of revisions.

3. Payments:

•  Payments are divided into project phases. Any delay in payment results in suspension of work until settlement.

4. Revisions & Modifications:

•  The client is entitled to request revisions within an agreed limit. Extra requests are charged separately.

5. Intellectual Property:

•  All designs and plans delivered during the project remain intellectual property of Grid Luxury until full payment is made.

6. Project Cancellation:

•  If the client wishes to cancel, they are obliged to pay for work completed up to the date of cancellation. No refunds for completed phases.

7. Confidentiality:

•  Both parties commit not to disclose any confidential information related to the project without prior written consent.
